Do you have training videos?
Yes. Our videos show you in simple steps how to teach your pup a variety of things from basic to more advanced. We show you how to train like a pro as it is simple to do and more effective. We will be adding more videos as we go along.
Do I need to do puppy classes if I take out this subscription?
You don’t need to as we help you to understand how to socialise your puppy properly. We also help you to learn what an ideal puppy class should look like. Well run puppy classes can be the best way of safely socialising your pup. So we feel attending well run puppy classes in addition will help you to socialise your puppy safely.
Can I use this for an older puppy or a novice dog?
Yes, there is still a lot of useful information and training videos to help you. Plus you get two new ask the expert questions every month.
Can I use this for a rescue dog?
Yes, there is still a lot of useful information for you. But we are in the process of producing a rescue dog module.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, just go to upgrade and select the free package. You will continue to access your subscription until the next payment would be due.
Will I lose my history if I don't renew my subscription?
Not unless you want to. You have the option of deleting your account, in which case, your history will be lost forever. But if you just revert to a free account you will keep your details but won't have access to the package. If you then wish to subscribe again you are ready to go.
Can I use this subscription if I am not in the U.K.?
No, we are really sorry but not at this time. There are complex rules about tax that we are not ready for just yet. We aim to make this available to non U.K. clients in the future if there is demand. Just e mail us at info@raisingpawfection.com if you would be interested.
Who has written the information?
Unless stated otherwise, all articles have been written by Denise Nuttall. Denise has a B.Sc (Hons) in Applied Animal Behaviour and a Master's degree in research science (M.Res) with distinction. Her subject was Dog Cognition and Forensic Psychology. Denise is a full CAB (clinical Animal Behaviourist) member of the APBC (Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors) and a full ATI (Animal Training Instructor) member of the TCBTS (The Canine Training and Behaviour Society). This means she is an Animal Behaviour and Training Council registered Clinical Animal Behavourist and Animal Training Instructor. There is no formal regulation of our industry but the ABTC is recognised as providing regulation in the United Kingdom for this industry.
I am deaf, will I be able to use your videos?
Yes, we have written instructions within the video demonstrations that state exacty what is narrated.
I am blind/partially sighted, will I be able to use your videos?
We narrate the instructions for the videos to describe the steps taken. The videos also have narration from the trainer to help. If you are struggling in any way, please don't hesitate to ask us.
